ABSC NEWS
1. The ABSC is getting enormous support from Mr. Jason Ferguson, WPBSA Chairman. We wish to thank him for his continuous support.
2. The African Snooker Masters champion receives invitation to play in Sheffield at the Crucible.
3. Mostafa Dorgham the 2018 Africa Snooker championship runner-up received an invitation from the WPBSA to participate in the World Snooker Championship in Sheffield.
4.Snooker will continue to be the part of World Games 2021 to be held in Birmingham USA from 15 - 25 July 2021.
For the first time since the African Billiards & Snooker Confederation was established, Snooker is included in the African Games that will take place in Morocco from 20th August till 1st September. Host city will be Rabat.
The tournaments will be:
Women, Men and mixed doubles.
The African Snooker & 6 red 2019
The African Snooker & 6 red will be played in Tunisia from 19th till 28th July 2019.
Tournaments to be played are:
1. The African Snooker Men championship (Qualifies to the main tour)
2. The African 6 red championship (Qualifies to the World 6 red in Thailand)
3. The African Masters championship.
4. The African Clubs championship.
